RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We offer a 2-day return policy for orders in Lebanon. Submit a return request by logging in into your account and follow the steps below.
Submit a return request
1- Log in to your account (here)
2- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5- Press on the Request return button.
6- If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions.
After the product is returned, received into our warehouse and passes inspection, you will receive a refund in the form of a store credit.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. ONLY REFUNDS IN STORE CREDIT
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
